چکیده

Halide perovskite light-emitting electrochemical cells are a novel type of the optoelectronic devices that differs from diodes by simple monolayered architecture. Here, we develop cell both for light emission and detection, where active layer consists composite material made halide microcrystals, polymer support matrix, added mobile ions. The CsPbBr3:PEO:LiTFSI composition, emitting at wavelength 523 nm, yields luminance more than 7000 cd/m2 electroluminescence efficiency 1.3×105 lm/W. device fabricated on silicon substrate with transparent single-walled carbon nanotube film as top contact exhibits 40% lower Joule heating compared to conventional ITO/glass substrates. Moreover, operates photodetector sensitivity up 0.75 A/W, specific detectivity 8.56×1011 Jones, linear dynamic range 48 dB. technological potential such is proven demonstration 24-pixel indicator display well successful miniaturization creation electroluminescent images smallest features less 50 μm.

Universal high work function flexible anode for simplified ITO-free organic and perovskite light-emitting diodes with ultra-high efficiency

Flexible transparent electrode materials such as conducting polymers, silver nanowires, carbon nanotubes and graphenes are being investigated as possible replacements for conventional brittle inorganic electrodes. However, they have critical drawbacks of low work function (WF), resulting in a high hole injection barrier to an overlying semiconducting layer in simplified organic or organic–inorg...

Light emission in silicon from carbon nanotubes.

The use of optics in microelectronic circuits to overcome the limitation of metallic interconnects is more and more considered as a viable solution. Among future silicon compatible materials, carbon nanotubes are promising candidates thanks to their ability to emit, modulate, and detect light in the wavelength range of silicon transparency. We report the first integration of carbon nanotubes wi...

ITO-free large-area organic light-emitting diodes with an integrated metal grid.

We report on ITO-free large-area organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) fabricated on glass substrates comprising α-NPD as a hole transport layer (HTL) and coevaporated CBP:Ir(ppy)(3) as the emission layer. Indium-tin-oxide (ITO) was replaced with a conductive polymer electrode and an electroplated thick metal grid was used to improve the homogeneity of the potential distribution over the transp...
